Please note:  TransCanada does not accept resumes from third party providers for career opportunities posted on our website, nor do we accept unsolicited resumes via email, fax, mail, or in person. TransCanada advertises permanent opportunities on our Careers website. Postings are normally put up on our job board for a one to two week period; if you see something of interest, please apply through the system.

Careers Site Login Issue

Please note, there is a known issue with our Careers site, Jobs.TransCanada.com, that is creating a loop when some candidates, who already have a username and password in our system, attempt to apply for a career posting and log into their account.

If you currently have an email and password in our Careers system and are experiencing this issue please use the following instructions to prevent the loop issue from occurring:

  1. CLICK HERE instead of using our Jobs.TransCanada.com site/link.
  2. Search for the posting you want to apply for, or choose ‘View Jobs’.
  3. Click on the ‘Select Action’ menu to the right of the posting and select ‘Apply’.
  4. When the ‘Sign In’ page appears, choose ‘Create an account’, even though you already have an account set up.
  5. Use the exact same Email and Password that you had set up previously in our system.

This should correct the loop issue and allow you to continue using your login to apply for future career postings.

Choosing to use a browser not on the above list may result in rendering or navigational issues

Forgotten Password

If you have forgotten your password, use the password forgotten link available when you click on Sign In here. If you have an existing careers Profile, you will receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Account Locked

Your account will lock after 10 failed login attempts. Please email careers@transcanada.com if your account becomes locked.

Timeout

The system times out after 10 minutes of idle time. Please remember to save your changes frequently.
